I see it as my duty to inspire a love for music and the arts in all students who come through my classroom. I believe students should play music that is both beautiful and interesting. I am dedicated to teaching my students how to play their instruments at a very advanced level for their age and experience. Musicians with a strong foundation in the technical requirements of playing their chosen instruments are able to make music of the highest quality. It is my sincere wish that students leave the South High Orchestra program with a lifelong love for a wide variety of music from many different times, places and cultures."
